New Nashville Venue The Truth Reveals First Shows for Grand Opening Season

The Truth, a new 4,400-capacity live music venue in Nashville’s Wedgewood Houston neighborhood, has announced the first chapter of its grand opening season ahead of its planned fall 2026 debut.

The room is being positioned as a home for both major touring acts and local artists, with Live Nation saying additional inaugural-season shows and the venue’s opening headliner will be revealed at a later date.

So far, “The First Chapter” includes performances from indie-rock’s Amyl and the Sniffers, Beck, Bleachers, and The Neighbourhood, as well as country’s HARDY and Scotty McCreery, rapper GloRilla, and EDM artist Subtronics. Rock icon Sting is also set to take the stage, as well as rockers Jimmy Eat World and Blue October.

“This first chapter reflects exactly what we set out to build with The Truth, a room where global icons, breakout artists and hometown voices can all share the same stage,” Grant Lyman, President, Live Nation US Regions East, said in a press release. “This is just the beginning. We look forward to announcing many more shows as we shape a grand opening season that reflects the depth and diversity of Nashville’s music community.”

To mark the opening season, Live Nation is also partnering with Nashville-based Isle of Printing on a collectible letterpress poster tied to the inaugural lineup. When the venue opens, The Truth plans to launch a Set List Studio offering hand-crafted letterpress set list posters for individual shows, extending the venue’s emphasis on design and memorabilia. The venue site likewise emphasizes craftsmanship and performance-focused production as central to the project.

“Nashville is one of the most important music cities in the world,” Sally Williams, President of Nashville Music & Business Strategy, Live Nation, added. “With The Truth, we’re creating a venue that reflects Nashville’s legacy of performance and songwriting. It will be a space built for artists, built for sound, and built for the kind of live experience Nashville fans deserve.”

The Truth is part of Wedgewood Village, AJ Capital Partners’ 18-acre mixed-use development in Wedgewood Houston. AJ Capital says the broader project is intended as a destination for fashion, art, music, entertainment, restaurants, offices, and residential space in one of Nashville’s fastest-evolving creative districts.

Show-specific on-sale information is being posted through the venue’s official website. More shows are set to be announced in the coming months. Find “The First Chapter” shows below:
