The NFL’s full 2026 schedule release arrives Thursday night, but the resale market is already offering an early look at which matchups could emerge as the season’s most in-demand once dates, kickoff times and broadcast windows are finalized.
With the league set to reveal its complete schedule Thursday evening, TicketClub has published an early NFL ticket demand forecast based on resale listing data available before the full announcement. The analysis points to elevated early pricing for Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks home games, along with several marquee matchups and international contests.
Tickets for many 2026 NFL games are already listed on resale marketplaces because opponents are known in advance, even before the league assigns specific dates and times. That creates a pre-release market in which fans can purchase inventory without knowing whether a game will land in a prime-time window, on a holiday, in an opening-week slot or during a late-season playoff push.
According to the data, Buffalo and Seattle are producing two of the clearest early demand signals among home markets. Bills games at New Highmark Stadium are showing some of the highest asking prices in the current resale pool, while Seahawks home games are pricing strongly across a range of opponents.
Bills, Seahawks Stand Out Before Full Schedule Details
TicketClub’s analysis found several Bills home games carrying median listing prices near or above $1,000 ahead of the full schedule release. The strongest early matchups include games against the Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and New York Jets.
Bills-Chiefs leads the domestic market in the snapshot, with a $543 get-in price and a $1,215 median listing price. Bills-Patriots, Bills-Bears, Bills-Lions and Bills-Jets also rank among the higher-priced games in the pre-release data.
Seattle shows a similar pattern. Seahawks home games against the Bears, Patriots, Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams all appear among the stronger early pricing signals. Seahawks-Bears carries a $367 get-in price and a $1,170 median listing price, while Seahawks-Patriots is listed at a $396 get-in and $1,161 median.
Those figures could shift once the schedule is released. Games placed on Sunday Night Football, Monday Night Football, Thanksgiving, Christmas, opening weekend or in late-season divisional windows often attract added attention from both local fans and traveling buyers. Matchups placed in less favorable time slots or travel windows can see softer demand.
International Games Already Have Fixed Dates — and Premium Pricing
The international slate is an exception because the NFL announced those dates and locations ahead of Thursday’s full release. As TicketNews reported earlier, the league will play a record nine international regular-season games in 2026, with contests scheduled across Australia, Brazil, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich and Mexico City.
Those games are already influencing early resale pricing. TicketClub’s snapshot shows the Dallas Cowboys vs. Baltimore Ravens game in Brazil carrying the highest median listing price in the dataset, at $1,278, with a $1,000 get-in. The company noted that listings for that game remain relatively limited, meaning pricing could shift as additional inventory enters the market.
London games are also trending toward the higher end of the market. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Philadelphia Eagles at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium shows a $610 get-in price and a $1,075 median listing price. Jaguars-Texans at Wembley Stadium is listed at a $300 get-in and $720 median, while Commanders-Colts in London carries a $500 get-in and $590 median.
Elsewhere, the most accessible international game in the current dataset is Rams-49ers in Melbourne, with a $147 get-in price and a $160 median listing price. The game will open the international slate in Week 1 and marks the NFL’s first regular-season game in Australia.

Some Markets Still Show Lower Entry Points
The early market is not uniformly expensive. TicketClub’s analysis also identifies lower get-in prices in markets including New Orleans, Indianapolis, Tennessee, Carolina, Atlanta, Jacksonville and Los Angeles Chargers home games.
Saints home games appear among the more affordable options in the snapshot, including a $38 get-in for Saints-Cardinals and $55 get-ins for games against the Panthers and Vikings. Falcons-Panthers, Falcons-Buccaneers, Jaguars-Commanders, Jaguars-Colts, Panthers-Falcons and Chargers-Jets also appear among the lower-entry games highlighted in the dataset.
Lower get-in prices do not necessarily indicate uniformly low prices throughout a stadium. Premium sections and high-demand visiting teams can still push median prices higher. But for fans with flexibility on opponent, date or seat location, the pre-release market suggests some value remains available ahead of the schedule-driven demand shifts.
Schedule Placement Could Reshape Demand
The schedule release is likely to introduce another layer of price movement. Games already drawing interest can become more attractive if they land in national TV windows or favorable travel slots, while late-season divisional matchups may gain value if playoff implications emerge.
In that sense, the pre-release data serves as a baseline, highlighting how sellers and early buyers are valuing matchups before the NFL adds context around dates, times, broadcast windows and travel logistics.

TicketClub said its analysis is based on a May 14 snapshot of available resale listings covering 2026 NFL preseason, regular-season and confirmed international games. Season-ticket packages, parking listings and non-game inventory were excluded from the game-level dataset. Get-in price reflects the lowest available per-ticket listing, while median listing price reflects the median of currently listed tickets for each game.
